Which engines and tools are supported?

The service mainly supports BMW B48 and B58 MG1 FLASH files. Output modes include AutoTuner and FEMTO for later AT, MHD or bootmod3 workflows depending on vehicle and software compatibility.

What file format is required?

For OBD Patch, upload a complete 8 MiB .bin FLASH read from FLEX. The BMW coolant-temperature service accepts 2, 4 and 8 MiB ECU BIN files and checks software compatibility before modification.

What does the BMW coolant temperature file service do?

It analyzes a supported BMW ECU BIN, displays the detected software version and current coolant setting, and lets the user generate a verified file with an allowed lower coolant-temperature ceiling.

Is an unsupported BMW ECU file charged?

Analysis is free. Unsupported or failed files are not charged. The service charges 0.2 credit only after a modified coolant-temperature file is generated successfully.
